"Carillo" is a Pinot Noir from Oltrepò Pavese with a straightforward, fragrant, and fresh character. Highly expressive and unmistakably varietal, it displays a very fruity and floral bouquet, where notes of rose, geranium, cherry, and forest berries intertwine on a subtle rustic and spicy line. On the palate, it is very fresh, agile, and lively, with a round tannin
