The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Borgo Scopeto is a Chianti Classico DOP from selected olives in the heart of Chianti. It is produced with three varieties that complement each other: Moraiolo gives body and strength, Frantoio elegance and aromas, and Leccino contributes with softness. Hand-picked and crushed immediately at low temperature, the olives yield an oil that is intense and brilliant. Savory and slightly spicy, with almond notes that return on the palate, with delicate bitter hints.
