The Merlot from Tajut is a youthful red from Friuli, a land where this Bordeaux-origin grape variety has found a second home. Fermented and aged only in steel, it retains freshness and immediacy, along with the natural softness of the grape. On the nose, it is fragrant, with a berry side and an herbal touch. On the palate, it is full and soft, with sweet tannins and an enveloping sip, ideal with chicken cacciatore
