From our sommeliers

The Coteaux Champenois Rouge 'Les Hautes Vignes' Bertrand-Delespierre is born in Écueil from pure Pinot Noir vines, in one of the rare still interpretations of Champagne. It matures for six years in oak barrels, a time that rounds its tannins and expands its texture. On the nose, it unfolds with small red fruits, underbrush and delicate spices, while on the palate it shows tense and salty, with fine tannins and a lifted sip. An expression of rare finesse, ideal with roasted pigeon

Colour:
Medium intensity ruby red
Scent:
Vertical, with raspberry, red currant, cherry, violet and a finish with underbrush embraced by hints of cocoa and cloves
Taste:
Very tense, with fine and enveloping tannins, salty and lifted on the finish
