Dom Ruinart's Champagne Blanc de Blancs is a deep and complex cuvée, thanks to a very long aging on the lees for about 10 years. The bouquet is very rich and wide, ranging from almond to coffee, with hints of toasted, spicy and citrine, wrapped in a mineral matrix. The mouthfeel is creamy, soft, broad and velvety, accompanied by a silky and persistent perlage

The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Dom Ruinart expresses all the allure and charm of an exceptional vintage, absolutely unique in its kind. The label was launched in 1959 and has since been produced only 27 times to seal particularly favorable vintages that guarantee an excellent quality of the grapes. The excellence of the Chardonnay from the best Grand Cru of the estate is combined with a long aging on the lees, which enriches the wine with complex, deep, and evolved aromas, capable of providing an unforgettable tasting experience.

Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a Champagne loved all over the world and a true symbol of the charm of one of the most prestigious Houses. Since the early 1700s, Ruinart has been producing Champagne and is known for its style of elegant freshness. To create this prestige Cuvée, the House conducts a rigorous selection. The grapes come exclusively from the best parcels of Chardonnay, cultivated mainly in the Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Chouilly & Cramant, and from the Grand Cru of Sillery, located in the area of the Montagne de Reims. The harvests take place at full ripeness of the grapes, and the best bunches from each parcel are vinified separately. After gentle pressing, fermentation follows, along with a short aging period. The selection of the vins clairs that will be part of the final blend is then made. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, with a cork stopper, and a resting period on the lees of at least 10 years, before proceeding to disgorgement.

The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Dom Ruinart is a Champagne of excellent level, which belongs to the select circle of the most prestigious labels of Champagne. It is the result of a long journey, based on the savoir-faire of a House that has always been faithful to a fresh and refined style. In the glass, it presents a brilliant golden yellow color, crossed by a luminous, fine, and very persistent perlage. Elegant and refined, it expresses aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pastries, candied citrus peel, spicy hints, dried fruit, and roasting. Rich and creamy, it has a complex and persistent sip, which delivers the characteristic notes of a great evolved Chardonnay. The finish is fresh and savory.
