The Barolo Brunate by Marcarini originates from one of the most famous crus of Langa, considered since 1300 among the most sought after in the area! Faithful to a distinctly traditionalist style, the winery provides for macerations of at least four weeks and two years of maturation in medium-sized oak barrels. From the rich and persistent bouquet emerge vanilla, sweet spices, tobacco, herbaceous hints of hay and underbrush, a prelude to a noble, warm and velvety sip. To be paired with a Barolo braised dish
